Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification and approval by Temple’s Board of Trustees, and shall continue in full force and effect up to and including February 15, 2010. It shall automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter unless and until either party hereto shall give to the other party written notice in accordance with the applicable law, but in no event shall such written notice occur less than ninety (90) days prior to the termination of the Agreement. Such written notice shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested to the University Labor Relations Office, Room 408, University Services Building, 1601 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19122, and TUGSA/AFT, 1510 Cecil B. Moore Ave., Suite 304, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19121.
