Fair ShareTUGSA shall be authorized to collect a fair share fee from all members of the bargaining unit, calculated in accordance with applicable law, if it obtains and maintains seventy percent (70%) of the bargaining unit as dues-paying members of TUGSA as measured on February 15 of each calendar year. If TUGSA fails to maintain seventy percent (70%) of the bargaining unit as dues-paying members of TUGSA as measured on February 15 of each calendar year, its authorization to collect a fair share fee shall cease.
