Unpaid LeavesA. A TA/RA will be granted a military leave of absence in accordance with applicable laws and University policy.

A TA/RA may request an unpaid personal leave of absence for an extended
absence for reasons including, but not
limited to illness or injury, immigration hearings, pregnancy, to care
for a newborn or adopted child, or to care for an

Upon written application to the University, a TA/RA may request an unpaid leave
of absence in excess of fifteen (15) consecutive days but in no event greater
than the remainder of the semester. The University may approve such D. No leave of absence will be granted for a TA/RA to engage in other employment.
