Full text of the arbitrator’s award:
“The grievance is sustained.
Where a GA covered by Keystone has
worked a full annual workload in the academic year immediately preceding a
summer session in which the GA also does bargaining unit, Temple shall provide
the GA with ˝ of the premium not paid by Temple for a full annual workload, or
12.5%, for each such summer session worked. A GA who works one summer session
after completing a full annual workload will be entitled to payment by
