The Temple University Graduate Students’ Association (TUGSA) is the labor union for teaching assistants, research assistants, and graduate assistants at Temple — the only recognized union of its kind in PA. We work together to protect and improve our workplace, wages, healthcare, and working conditions. But we can’t do it alone. TUGSA is run and organized for and by grad student workers at Temple. Our strength truly is in our numbers, but unlike some unions, you are not automatically a member of TUGSA. You have to join!
