Welcome to the Temple Graduate Community! TUGSA is the labor union for teaching assistants, research assistants, and graduate assistants at Temple, and is run entirely by graduate students. Through our work, we ensure—and seek to improve upon—our wages, healthcare, and other working conditions. We do this through both organizing our workplace and collective bargaining with Temple University administration.
